1. Our Services

MobileSurgeon provides mobile phone screen repair and replacement services, and wholesale/bulk distribution of LCD, OLED and AMOLED display panels to repair shops and retailers.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Repair quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (device model, described issue) and are confirmed after physical diagnosis. Prices for wholesale orders depend on quantity, model, and current stock, and are confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to revise published prices at any time.

3. Repair Service Terms

• We use genuine and genuine-quality OEM-grade parts as agreed with you before repair begins.
• Turnaround estimates (e.g. same-day, within the hour) depend on model, part availability, and workload, and are not guaranteed delivery times.
• You are responsible for backing up your device's data before handing it over. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle devices during repair.
• Pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to the agreed repair (e.g. water damage discovered during a screen repair) will be flagged to you separately and may require a revised quote.

4. Wholesale & Distribution Terms

• Bulk orders are confirmed only after order details and pricing are agreed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or invoice).
• Dispatch timelines quoted on this site (e.g. 24–48 hours within Punjab) are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and order volume.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting bulk shipments on arrival and reporting any transit damage or discrepancy within a reasonable time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileSurgeon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to MobileSurgeon unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse this website (e.g. attempting unauthorized access, disrupting normal operation, or scraping content at scale).
